For years I have had the opportunity to work with students and their families at McKinney High School, J.J. Pearce High School and Lake Highlands High School. Many times students and their parents struggled as their families broke up through divorce. Individuals frequently suffer from depression and/or anxiety when their marriages are in trouble. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a highly effective form of treatment for depression and anxiety for the short term and for the long term.
